Our story

Olive Oil Producers Since 1968

Tradition, territory, passion

For over fifty years, our family has been producing extra virgin olive oil in Sarteano, among the hills of Tuscany. Here, at 573 metres above sea level, olive oil is not just a product: it is culture, daily work, and love for our land.

We oversee every stage with care: from the olive groves to the milling process in our olive mill, where tradition and technology come together to preserve the full quality of the olives.

The typical local varieties – Frantoio (Correggiolo), Moraiolo, Leccino and Pendolino – give life to balanced oils, rich in character and deeply connected to the landscape from which they come.

The harvest and the milling process, between October and November, are the most intense moment of the year: weeks in which passion, experience and attention to detail are transformed into the new olive oil.

Our olive mill is open all year round for those who wish to discover the world of extra virgin olive oil up close and enjoy an authentic experience in the heart of Tuscany.

We build our future on the strength of our roots.
