The doors of our mill are always open to visitors, with guided tours and experiences tailored to individuals, families, and small groups.
Throughout the year, you can choose from:

Guided tour with olive oil tasting on bruschetta
€15 per person (reservation required) -
Guided tour with full tasting of our extra virgin olive oils and local products
(including cured meats, cheeses and traditional desserts, served with red wine)
€29 adults – €15 children -
Family Tour – Baby Olive Oil Maker Experience
A special experience designed for families, including a guided tour of the mill, olive oil tasting for adults and a bread and oil snack for children.
At the end of the experience, each child will receive a “Baby Olive Oil Maker” certificate.
Children up to 5 years old are free of charge.

From October 20th to December 20th, during the olive harvest season, we are open every day from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. You will be able to see the mill in operation and discover how olives are transformed into premium extra virgin olive oil, while tasting our bruschetta with freshly pressed SignorOlio Novello.
During the rest of the year, we are open on weekdays from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM and from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM (closed on Sunday afternoons).
You can still visit the mill, enjoy a tasting and discover our products.
