Orhora is a wine made from Verdicchio, Viognier and Sauvignon Blanc. Manual harvesting is done early in the morning, after which the grapes are immediately taken to the cellar and processed. The must of the individual varieties is fermented separately, the Verdicchio ferments partially in barrique and partially in steel, while the Viognier and Sauvignon Blanc are passed only in barrique. The aging period in the bottle is at least 2 months.
