The pendolino tree is a moderately vigorous plant with a moderately expanded and rather thick crown.
The fruiting branches are quite long and characterized by the characteristic pendulous bearing that names the plant, since it makes it suitable for ornamental use.
Widespread throughout Tuscany especially as a pollinator. Productivity is quite high and constant. The olives have contemporary and intermediate veraison and are not very resistant to detachment.
The oil is delicate and fragrant, with a hint of almond and slight bitter and spicy nuances, with a basically yellow color.
