The wine has a bright red color, with notes of red fruits and floral notes. The fruity note appears at the beginning (blueberries, black cherry, strawberry), which then combines with that of honey, and floral notes at the end. The wine is not filtered before bottling and contains minimal sulphites. A maceration that lasts up to 20 days and refinement in barriques for 6 months. Bottle refinement for 6 months.
