Extra virgin olive oil produced from a selection of olive varieties including Correggiolo, Moraiolo, Leccino and Pendolino, all grown in the Sarteano area. This oil is produced in strict compliance with the specifications set by the Tuscan Consortium for Protected Geographical Indication.
