We have been dedicated to the production of Tuscan Extra Virgin Olives, for 4 generations. Alessandro already at the beginning of the 1900s, to the selection of the best varieties of olives as Domenico and Settimio wisely did, to the pressing with the Traditional Oil Mill with Macine and Presses for the cold pressing that our father Mario has with passion renovated and combined with a modern Continuous mill for cold extraction, listening and caring for our customers as only Donatella has been able to do in the last 50 years.

We are dedicated to our company because it represents our roots and because we can guarantee an excellent extra virgin which today is the result of passion and dedication but also of commitment and innovation.
