Cinque Monti is the "Cru" of the Tistarelli Mill. It is an EVO (Extra Virgin Olive Oil) obtained by hand-selecting the Moraiolo and Frantoio cultivars during the invaiatura phase, which is the mid-maturation period when the fruit offers the maximum quality and intensity of flavors.

With a cloudy appearance due to cotton filtration, it has a fresh, fragrant taste and remarkable structure. It pairs perfectly with dishes where EVOO needs to enrich and play a starring role.

Its very low acidity and the parameters listed on the certificate, which are shown on the label, attest to its excellence.

Available in 250ml and 500ml bottles.

Packaged in boxes of 6 or 12 bottles.
