The Signorolio® represents the essence of our oil, a precious fruit of our olive groves and the olives harvested by generations of farmers from the surrounding hills. With its characteristic green color and golden reflections, it delights the senses with intense herbal, fresh, and clean notes, enriched by delicate hints of green almond.

On the palate, it stands out for its savoriness and strong character, with a perfect balance between bitterness and spiciness, harmoniously blended. It is the ideal extra virgin olive oil for everyday use, capable of enhancing the flavor of raw dishes or simple meals, without ever being overpowering.

Its name is a tribute to Grandpa Alessandro, known to everyone as “The Lord of Oils.”

The can is lithographed and available in 3-liter or 5-liter versions.

It is STRONGLY recommended to transfer the entire contents into glass at the moment of opening.
