CINQUE MONTI is the CRU of Frantoio Tistarelli. It is an extra virgin olive oil obtained from the hand-picking of the MORAIOLO and FRANTOIO cultivars during the INVAIATURA phase, meaning at mid-maturation, when the fruit delivers the highest quality and intensity of flavors.

With a cloudy appearance due to cotton filtration, on the palate, it is fresh, fragrant, and of remarkable structure. It is well-suited for dishes where the EVO oil must enrich the flavors and be a main player in the recipe.

Its extremely low acidity and the parameters from its certificate, displayed on the label, attest to its excellence.

It is available in 250ml and 500ml bottles.

Packaged in cases of 12 bottles.
