È stata una scoperta sapere come si fa veramente l'olio extra vergine .. è stato piacevole trascorrere del tempo insieme alla famiglia Tistarelli ed assaggiare la Bruschetta con i loro oli edi i salumi e formaggi della zona.. io purtroppo sono astemia :-)
Abbiamo visitato il frantoio ed Nicola ci ha spiegato come si produce il loro olio Extra Vergine di Oliva. Lo abbiamo poi assaggiato prima da solo e poi sulla bruschetta .... veder arrivare un ricco tagliere di salumi, formaggi e pinzimonio è stato quasi una sorpresa. Buonissimi i loro cantucci toscani zuppati sul vinzanto
